Refuges and Human Rights: Less = More, by Roland-Pierre Paringaux

Each day, hundreds of people leave their countries as well as their entire lives behind to seek refuge abroad. Whilst it is true that leaving is tantamount to aging, staying behind could have a worse outcome. Even though the number of refuges continues to increase, the amount of financial contributions to assist them is reaching its limit. Beyond the issue of financing, States will one day have to solve the underlying roots of the problem.
