Present and Future Population Movements, by Jean-Marie Poursin
Through migratory flows, the author stresses that the world’s cultures are intermingling. Spread out to all areas of the entire globe, the mixing of peoples and races is inevitable, and we are quickly approaching this anticipated unification which surpasses genes, blurs the lines of status as well as the differences in skin colour and our hearts. At the same time, the demographic imbalance between the North and the South could be a source of concern, unleashing heightened pressure on the immigration policies of developed nations.
