Summary

Bringing the right to education to full and complete fruition in the world is one of the main objectives that the international community has taken on with respect to international human rights. Furthermore, no measures can be spared in order to reach this objective. Among these measures, research-oriented tasks and building indicators most likely to contribute to this objective deserve particular focus.
