Justice at the International and Educational Levels : Common Ground (2004)

(This issue contains texts which fall under the category of the general economics of the double thematic on justice at the international and educational levels. Most of the resulting questions were addressed in Geneva in July 2003 during the 20th International Session of the CIFEDHOP devoted to “reconciling human rights and justice.” The contexts suggested allow us to identify clearly the modern challenges of justice examined through the standpoint of human rights on a theoretical and practical level. Readers will be able to appreciate the analytical ability of the authors, which deserves particular focus.
