Education a matter of law (2001)
This issue proposes a series of discussions on the right to education. In the past as well as the present, this right has produced mixed results. The will to enforce it universally has struggled outside the framework of a few righteous intentions which crown large international conferences. The texts within this issue stray from the mainstream positions that are already known and which have also produced mixed results. Instead, they shed a more modern and long-term perspective on the political, social, institutional and educational conditions as well as the directions which either hinder or encourage the fruition of the right to education.
