The Role of Human Rights in Citizenship education

Molding civic with human rights and peace education as a whole provides a protective barrier against nationalist and xenophobic tendencies which overtaken the former in the past and are still capable of doing so today. Local, national and international identities should work together for equal rights and social justice.
