However, they are in danger of remaining in writing only if the political, economic and social conditions necessary for their free expression are not created. Respecting cultural identities without exceptions encourages us to understand them from the perspective of respecting the rights of minorities as well as promoting cultural exchange, which guarantees dialogue.
