The Right to Education : Outcomes, Challenges and Perspectives

The right to education is a human right that authorities hardly enforce due to either their indifference toward the subject, a lack of financial resources or the absence of political will. Access to education will not only signal the demise of ignorance but above all the possibility of recovering human dignity and a means by which to act in order to improve the human condition.
