International Training Centre for Human Rights and Peace Teaching
21st International Training session
Geneva, 7 - 13 July 2003
Theme
Fighting against Violence : The Contribution of Fundamental Rights and Justice
The notion of international justice has been the topic of numerous writings and has especially been embodied through provisions put into place by international organisations. However, many obstacles remain despite the progress recorded in this chapter of history throughout the past few decades. Furthermore, educational institutions are often called into question by another notion of justice, which is that found in the sometimes conflicting interaction between youth and adults or between the institution itself and those attending it.
